ICICI Group of Companies annually organises an event titled ‘Celebrating the Spirit Of Leadership’ on Jan. 5, which felicitates 120 of the top achievers from its group of companies. Through this, the company aims to honour the employees who are leaders in their respective departments. The event was held at the SRPF Poolside Lawns, Goregaon East, Mumbai. Encompass was involved in this project as a partner right from planning and designing content and visual enhancements, to bringing alive the event through branding, lighting design and other décor elements throughout the venue. The event was hosted by Kabir Bedi.

Performers for the event were Taal India, Soothing Synergy comprising of musicians Padma Vibhushan, PanditHari, Prasad Chaurasia on the flute and the winner of the Dutch Music Award Aaron. Soloist Irene Diamond and Gwyneth Wentinkon, along with Rakesh Chaurasia, also performed at the event. The final performance was by Shaimak Davar’s Institute of Performing Arts.

The invitee list comprised of the employees across all the group companies, along with their spouses and top management from the group, including personalities like Chanda Kochhar, MD and CEO, ICICI Bank and KV Kamath, Mentor, ICICI Group, amongst others. Around 650 people were engaged through the event.

The setup for the event consisted of a backdrop with five LED screens and customised backdrop content creation. In addition, décor included extensive light play in addition to the branding across key points. Encompass did not wish to comment on the vendors.

Commenting on their association, Megha Ghosh, Account Director-Client Services, Encompass said: “ICICI Bank is one of our key clients and this event is one of their most important events of the year. We have been working with them on this project for seven years now, and the challenge each year is to out-do the previous year in all senses. While this is one of the key projects managed by us for ICICI Bank, we share a very strong relationship with them and work with different divisions and projects with them through the year.”
