Many people gathered around the setup at the Celebration Mall. A huge stage was created with an LED wall, the purpose of which was to capture the attention of most people present at the mall, with AVs playing along when the bike was revealed. Performers were called from other cities to add flavour to the evening.

The event started in the evening with the crowd building up and interaction followed by an AV showing the history of Honda followed by a few dance performances and the unveiling of the Honda Yuga. Quizzes and activities engaged the people present at the event. There was a short Q&A on the features of the bike for the public on the basis of the AV shown. People who gave the correct answers were given gifts by Honda. There was also a posing activity with the bike, where few props were given to the public and they were called on stage to pose with the bike, a participant who got the maximum applause was given a gift as well.

Speaking about event, Tina Talesara, Owner, Sparky Wire Events & Entertainment, said, "This was the first time Sparky Wire Events organized an event for Honda. Honda wanted us to come up with some new concept and wanted to display all models of Honda Yuga Bikes and some entertainment so the event was planned and executed accordingly. Sparky Wire conceptualized the plan which would get the required results and make the event a success. We wanted it to be a memorable experience for the people in Udaipur. We tried and suggested activities keeping into consideration the target audience and product. In the end the event went as desired and we look forward to come up with some new ways of executing upcoming events of Honda."
