Held from Feb. 22 to 24, the festival concluded with a lunch on Feb. 25 that witnessed an approximately 200m long lunch table, seating over 530 VIP guests. Grand Hyatt Mumbai will be included in the 2013 edition of the Limca Book of Records for India's longest lunch table. Tourism Victoria had roped in Seventy Seven to organise the longest lunch table at the festival at Grand Hyatt on Feb. 25.
The food festival was held at Grand Hyatt Mumbai's Italian restaurant, Celini, followed by a special media Masterclass on Feb. 24, where Chef Adam D'Sylva, Executive Chef and co-owner of Coda, Melbourne, and Jean Christophe Fieschi, Executive Chef, Grand Hyatt Mumbai, showcased four recipes off the menu to the media.
