The launch commenced with a performance by actor Shah Rukh Khan. This was followed by performances by other actors of the film, Kareena Kapoor and Arjun Rampal, as well as singers Vishal, Shekhar and Sukhwinder. The setup included a 150 x 200 feet air-conditioned hangar being built on the grounds of Filmcity. The set design was created by Omang Kumar. The glamour quotient of the event was enhanced by using LED lights and graphics of the film. This launch event engaged 700 people, including guests from Red Chillies Entertainment and Eros International, along with 300 members of the press.

Elaborating on the activity and the agency's association with the film's promotions, Mohomed Morani, Director, Cineyug said: "We are doing more on-ground activations to promote the launch. We have been associated with Red Chillies Entertainment for a long time and manage all their events. We also handle events for Shah Rukh Khan as an individual artist."
