As a part of executing the event, John Abraham arrived along with the director of the movie, Nishikant Kamat and producer, Vipul A. Shah, who were felicitated by Pratap Sarnaik with a shawl and Natrang statue. John Abraham announced the launch music of the movie, interacted with the crowd and also discussed his body building tips. To keep up the spirit of Dahi Handi, John Abraham climbed up two levels and broke a special matki made for him on stage.

Commenting on the initiative, Dheeraj Kapoor, Manager Operations, White Leaf Entertainment said: "This event engaged a crowd of around 10,000 people. We had pitched to Vipul Shah Productions for the first time. The objective of promoting the movie at Dahi handi is that the movie Force means a team. You succeed as a team and dahi handi too is a team effort. We have been associated with Pratap Sarnaik from a long time and hence, this movie was promoted. As of now, we are not aware of any BTL activations planned to take place."
