BIG FM Hyderabad celebrates Children's Day with little RJs

Continuing with its tradition of celebrating Children's Day with a hunt for a little RJ, 92.7 BIG FM Hyderabad on Nov. 7 launched the third edition of the radio reality show that gives a bigger platform to aspiring kids. The final round of the hunt was screened at the BIG FM studios and was judged by actor Nara Rohit, who quizzed the final contestants and selected the ‘Little RJs of Hyderabad'.

Commenting on the occasion, IRF award winner RJ Shekar, 92.7 BIG FM said: "Every parent wants their kid to be smart and witty. We have always been innovative in our offerings to listeners and the Little RJ Hunt is another great offering that perfectly fits our listeners' requirements. The Little RJ Hunt is a great starting point and platform for the kids to showcase their talent."

This initiative was targeted at kids between the ages of five and 14 years. The auditions for the Little RJ Hunt were carried out across all the shows on BIG FM, while on-ground auditions were organised at Prasads Imax. Based on the live performance on the subjective content designed and customized for the contestants, 50 contestants were selected and were further shortlisted down to 12 for the finale. The five selected winners hosted all the shows on BIG FM on Children's Day, Nov. 14.
