The event, which was inaugurated by Kuldip Kaura, Managing Director, ACC, was attended by top personnel of the ACC team and deliberations were made on the change they plan to see in the days to come. The international team of McKinsey was roped in to provide a fun-filled session at the event with their unique technique of dramatic realization through role play. A number of eminent external speakers spoke at the event and shared their knowledge.

Razzmatazz won the contract to manage the event, for which six national agencies had made a pitch. Razzmatazz was reportedly chosen because of its strong local presence, coupled with its focus on national quality and outlook.

The evenings and nights were reserved for entertainment events comprising of scintillating dances and music. Singers from Dubai, Ghazal singer Ehthesham from Hyderabad, glamorous dances by a European duo, performances by the winners of the Dance India Dance competition and the Prince Dance Team were present at the event to entertain the audience. Dilruba Pandey was the emcee for the event.

Razzmatazz handled all aspects of the event including logistics, production, audio-visuals and entertainment. Razzmatazz is a founder member of EEMA and has a national presence.
