92.7 BIG FM Delhi unveils its new positioning

Reliance Broadcast Network's (RBNL) 92.7 BIG FM Delhi launched its new positioning which is meant to set the station apart from the city's other radio stations. It has positioned itself as a 'naughty' station and will reveal Bollywood Secrets. To promote this positioning, BIG FM has launched the ‘Parde Ke Peche Baat' Campaign. The activities that are on air are also reflected on-ground.


Commenting on the on-ground activities undertaken in connection with this new positioning, Sudha Sadhanand, Radio Operations Head, 92.7 BIG FM - Delhi said: "All the on-ground activities will be reflections of what is on-air. For example, we have a canter activity wherein a fully branded canter goes around the city. RJs visit parts of the city that have the most listeners, as well as those parts that have less listeners, in order to increase the amount of listeners in these places. All activities during these visits reflect what is on-air."


Other on-ground initiatives include an RWA activity where RJs visit women at home and give them a chance to be part of the show and experience it. The radio channel will also embark on a new activity called the ‘Bollywood Reporter'. The Bollywood reporter will visit malls on weekends, where they will reveal Bollywood's secrets.
